At Wekiva Island, every day is Earth Day, but on Friday, April 19, we’re ramping up the celebration for our annual homage to Mother Earth! Get ready to immerse yourself in a day-long extravaganza designed to ignite your passion for the planet and inspire environmental stewardship.

🚣‍♂️ Eco River Paddle: Learn more about our River see it first hand with a scenic and complimentary canoe tour.

🦅 Animal Encounters: Get up close and personal learning about animals with the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey and the Central Florida Zoo.

🎨 Nature-Inspired Crafts: Let your creativity bloom with hands-on craft activities inspired by the natural wonders around us made for both kids and adults.

📣 Eco Talks Panel: Join us for a two-part engaging discussion with Orlando’s leading sustainability voices and a special film screening.

🎶 Live Music & Beer Specials: Wind down your day with live music performances and drinks from The Tooting Otter Craft Beer & Wine Bar. We’ll be serving $3 Sweetwater Lager Cans all day long!

    This Saturday, Wekiva Island will be closed until 5:00 p.m. for our annual Fall Egg Fest. We’d love for you to join the fun—grab your ticket and be part of the festivities. After 5:00 p.m., the Island will reopen and welcome guests as usual.

    Join Wekiva Island and 3 Daughters Brewing this Saturday for a seafood feast benefiting the Central Florida Zoo. Enjoy a pound of jumbo shrimp, clams, corn, potatoes, sausage, and three pours of beer, all for $45!
