Meet Our Panelists!

Amy Pastor | Vice President, Sustainability at EXP
Amy specializes in sustainable design, commissioning, energy studies, energy modeling, measurement & verification, and project management. Amy takes a holistic approach to sustainable design, assessing a building, site and infrastructure systems for the full spectrum of capabilities to meet the environmental requirements for today and the future. Amy takes immense pride in building lasting relationships with clients and delivering quality, sustainable buildings, without surrendering the integrity of the design. Amy is the lead author for EXP’s annual ESG Report. Amy is a licensed Mechanical Engineer, a Certified Commissioning Authority, Envision Sustainability Professional and a LEED Fellow.

Lance Davis | Sustainability Architect & LEED Fellow at Federal Agency in Washington, DC
Lance Davis is the sustainability architect for a Federal Agency in Washington, DC where he leads the development of sustainable policy, performance, and tools. He has a Bachelors of Architecture from Mississippi State University where he is a Fellow. He is also a Fellow of the AIA and the USGBC. He chaired the LEED Steering Committee for the development of LEED v5 and was on the ASHRAE Decarbonization Task Force focusing on carbon sequestration. He was appointed to President Biden’s Climate Smart Infrastructure Working Group, co-authored Sustainability Matters and is featured in the book, The Rise of Living Architecture.

Mia Brady | Florida Program Associate at Solar United Neighbors
Mia is based in Central Florida and is passionate about accessibility to clean energy for all. She has worked with numerous organizations in Florida, including sustainability work for local government and land conversion efforts.
Mia received her B.S. in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Rollins College. Her passions include environmental education, sustainability work, and nature conservation. Outside of work, Mia is an avid visitor of Florida’s natural springs, beaches, and her local library.
