This Saturday, Wekiva Island will be closed until 5:00 p.m. for our annual Fall Egg Fest. We’d love for you to join the fun—grab your ticket and be part of the festivities. After 5:00 p.m., the Island will reopen and welcome guests as usual.
Wekiva Paint Out: Gala Dinner
Wekiva Paint Out started in 2006 and is a celebration of Plein Air artists that help benefit charities such as Keep Seminole Beautiful and Wekiva Wilderness Trust. All week long, guests can visit Wekiva Island free of charge and witness world-class artists painting along the boardwalk, in kayaks, canoes, at the bar and at various locations along the Wekiva River. Throughout the week, there will be plenty of opportunities to view the work, purchase their pieces. support our artists and charities, enjoy live music, indulge in great food and celebrate art in our community!
All Day: Artists painting around the Island, along the river & at the State Park
10AM-4PM: Wet Room open at Wekiva Island featuring work created throughout the week
6-10PM: All inclusive GALA Dinner featuring live music by “Life on Mars”, beer/wine included. $50 per person or $90 per couple- this is always a fun event! (use the link below to purchase your ticket!)
