Canoeing is one of the most popular water activities here at Wekiva Island. We have over one hundred, 2-3 person canoes available for rent at your convenience. Rentals are based on a full day rate or half day depending the time you rent it and guests are encouraged to explore and travel along the Wekiva River, slowing down to experience the Florida scenery along the way.
This Saturday, Wekiva Island will be closed until 5:00 p.m. for our annual Fall Egg Fest. We’d love for you to join the fun—grab your ticket and be part of the festivities. After 5:00 p.m., the Island will reopen and welcome guests as usual.
