COVID-19: WEATHERING THE STORM

Home / The Island / COVID-19: WEATHERING THE STORM

William C. Weinaug Jr.

As you may know, I am the owner of Wekiva Island, but I am also an engineer working for a worldwide consulting firm that is – like so many – dealing with the impacts and concerns of COVID-19.

Since I have just led a research team and development of a white paper on the topic to share with our clients, I thought it may be helpful to provide some technical guidance for the Wekiva Island community as well.

Please take a moment to view my podcast here on this topic, diving into relevant issues such as:

  • The four known paths of transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus
  • The easiest thing we can do to combat COVID-19 as a community
  • Humidity, heat and UV light play a role in reducing virus transmission

We can help others to “Weather this Storm”.  Be safe and equip yourselves with information and share the knowledge gained. The world as we know it today will be forever changed. These are historic times, and for generations to come we will reference our experiences and life before this world pandemic as “pre-COVID-19”.
