1. Earth Day River Clean Up: 9am – 12pm
At Wekiva Island, we are committed to protecting our environment, reducing waste and loving our Earth well and would love your help. Join us Saturday, April 22 for an Earth Day River Clean Up at 9am sponsored by American Rivers & Sierra Nevada Brewing. All supplies will be provided and our Earth Day Party with Sierra Nevada will follow from 12-3pm!
2. Earth Day Party with Sierra Nevada: 12-3pm
The Earth is more than worthy of a little celebration! We’re teaming up with our friends at Sierra Nevada (a LEED Platinum Brewery in Mills River, NC) for a little Earth Day fun!
Following our 9am River Clean Up, we will spend the afternoon sipping ice cold beer and enjoying the following activities. Come join us!
– Plant a tree in Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Can Planters
– Participate in Sierra Nevada Plinko Game for a chance to win cool Eco-Friendly Items such as Chico Reusable Grocery Bags and Reusable Cleen Canteen Water Bottles!
