We are on a mission to become the first carbon neutral marina venue in the USA!

Our goal is to have our business certified carbon neutral by the year 2020. We are well on our way. Prior to development, the trees on this property absorbed 15 metric tons of carbon per year. In 1999 our carbon footprint was 1,955 metric tons per year!

Today we are down to 70 tons!
