Extremely social animals, river otters can often be seen in groups playing games. They also love to run and slide on their stomachs.

The weekdays are the perfect time to explore The Wekiva River. Rent your vessel early and enjoy the sounds of the birds! Canoes are $30 before Noon and $30 after Noon. These rentals are full day rentals, vessels need to be returned by 5.
