Celebrate Earth Day 2026 by giving back to nature at Wekiva Island’s River Cleanup in partnership with Keep Seminole Beautiful. This hands-on volunteer cleanup event helps protect the Wekiva River and preserve the natural beauty of Central Florida’s waterways.

Check in with our team when you arrive and let us know you’re here for the Earth Day River Cleanup to receive a complimentary canoe and cleanup net. Then paddle out for a self-guided river cleanup. There’s no set group departure—arrive anytime during the event window and head out on your own or with friends.
