This cabana is 11’ x 12’ in size and has outdoor patio furniture that consists of a couch, chair, and coffee table as well as a wall unit and two Adirondack chairs, each Cabana comes with a cooler with ice and six (6) waters and a grill. Our grills are gas, we supply the gas, you need to bring all other items to use the grill. Food may be brought in to grill, but no outside catered or delivered food.
Non-alcoholic drinks may be brought in when you have a Cabana as well, just no alcohol.
Parking: Each Cabana comes with 2 marked and reserved spots, these spots are yours for the day. We encourage you to carpool if you are able to. You still have your 2 reserved spots for the day for your guests that will arrive late.
Decor: No balloons or confetti, both will pollute the river. We do not wish to pollute the river! Please do NOT tape to any signs or displays in any Cabana.

All rental times start when our doors open at 8 AM and end at 5 PM. Feel free to access your reserved cabana or event space between our normal operating hours of 8 AM and 5 PM keeping in mind that some special events will go later and will need approval from our management team.
Wekiva Island does not accept cabana cancellations for a full refund. Cabana cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance so that the Island can add it back into inventory for resale). If cabana cancellation notice is within a 24-hour window prior to rental date, the cancellation will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. There is no penalty to reschedule.
